Pricelist 2012 (in Euro) per apartment, all-in.

All-in = including heating, water, cleaning on departure***, electricity and taxes.

For each type of apartment we grant rebates if your party is smaller, for example: the 4-pers.-apartment costs a weekend in April 182,- Euro if you come with 3 or 4 people, but 154,- Euro if you come with 1 or 2 persons.

Extra information

* the weekend period starts Friday 17.00 h, and ends Sunday 14.00 h., a long weekend (till Monday 10.30 h.) costs only 10% more. Extra days cost 1/5 of the appropriate weekend-price.

** the 5-days period starts Monday 14.00 h, and ends Friday 12.00 h. Arrival on Sunday from 18.00 h. costs 10% extra.

Week rent during summer holidays from Friday 17.00 h until Friday 12.00 h.

Other weeks: as far as available: just choose for Friday till Friday or Monday till Monday.

During summer holiday periods only week rent, Christmas holidays see above.

Rebates: For all: from the second week on, the rebate is 10% on the rent.  Ask us for longer periods.
Aged over 55 ? Rebate 5% on week rent, and 10% on 5-days periods (Mon-Friday)

Prices are including heating, water, cleaning on departure***, electricity and taxes, so no extra costs.
The rental fee is to be paid in advance.        
Deposit is € 150,- , which will be returned after you have left the apt. tidy and without damage.
You can rent bed linen (on reservation) for € 7,- per person. Towels € 1,- each.
Pets (only with discretion) € 6,- a day. Maximum 1 pet per apartment. Flea collar obliged.

The rental fee is to be paid on reservation. If you stay longer than a week, half of the rent on reservation, the other half 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit can be paid on arrival, on your wish also in US-dollars or British pound.

*** Cleaning on departure does not include the kitchen. The kitchen should always be left clean  (this includes all kitchen equipment)

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation costs are 10% of the rent if you cancel more than 3 months in advance, 50% for cancellations between 3 months and six weeks, 75% when cancelling between six weeks and one week, and 100% for cancelling within one week before arrival. We will always try to re-rent the apt., in case this is successful, we will return you the paid rent, minus our costs. We therefore kindly advice you to take a cancellation insurance.
