The Fram
Hoeve Espewey is an almost 200-year-old farmhouse in the heart of the Belgium Mergelland. With panoramic views over the countryside, and the 'Drielandenpunt' (Three-Land Point) , where three countries meet: the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Relax in the cosy atmosphere of one of our apartments, two for a maximum of 4 people and one for a maximum of 8 people. Each apartment is fully equipped to meet all the comfort requirements (See 'The apartments' for details). No matter whether it is for a weekend break or a more weeks holiday, you are sure to enjoy the peaceful, quiet surroundings of this beautiful location.

Situation:
The Farmhouse is situated between the characteristic villages Hombourg and Sippenaeken, in the middle of the rural countryside. This part of Europe is known for its beautiful walks, through valley's and woods. From the top of the viewing Tower, at the Three-Land Point (Drielandenpunt) you get spectacular views of the surrounding area.

The historical cities of Aachen and Maastricht, with other towns of interest such as Vaals, Monschau and Valkenburg all are less then 30 minutes by car. Combine a visit to one of the most picturesque towns (Monschau) in Germany, with a trip through the Eiffel region. Unforgettable.

The region is full of quaint villages, magnificent Castles, historical houses and places of outstanding beauty. In the area around Espewey farm, you can wander endlessly through extensive woods, merging beautifully with the green pastures, golden fields, sunken roads, and quiet villages, tucked away in the richly varying landscape. The undulating countryside makes a bike-tour on the quiet roads a relaxing and healthy holiday experience.

Facilities & Activities:
EThe farmhouse has a garden with a huge lawn, a heated swimming pool with large terrace, a prairie with several old fruit trees, nice for a picnic in the shade, a small playground, several places to sit, picnic, or barbeque.  Two Golf courses are within 4 and 8km. Parking lots. Horse accommodation.

Extra Information:
We are open all year round.
We rent bicycles (max. 4) or you can bring your own, but be sure they have enough gears (because of the hills)
House Pets are welcome on request (not more than one pet per apartment).
